There are three options via an manual approach that could assist in fixing the problem of emails that do not have content which are as follows:
1.) If your Outlook mail message appears completely empty, use the method below.
First, the user must remove the add-ins. This is done by moving the mouse to the menu bar, then going to the FileOptions. Options> Add-ins
Then, click on the COM Add-ins tab and click ' Go' to fix the issue with the email body not appearing in Outlook'
Uncheck the add-ins that aren't being used and click"OK". Okay' button.
2.) In case the messages are plain text, then use the steps below.
Go to File>Open>Mail>Stationery and Fonts
On the menu ' Composing and Reading plain text messages From'Composing and Reading plain text messages', choose the Font>> the Font color>Choose Auto-Option
3) There was an Outlook empty email bug that was addressed by Microsoft which was later corrected through an update
To do this, we just have to upgrade Outlook. Outlook application:
Use the Outlook application.
Visit File Then the Office account Then, the Product Info
Select the Update Option Click Update Options, then select Update Now..
When the update is complete After the update has been completed, you'll be able to see " You're up to date" message.
Close all applications and then restart Outlook to resolve your issue.
